The 1st Annual HSS National Sales Meeting

On January 30-31, 2023, we held our first annual Healio Strategic Solutions (HSS) National Sales Meeting. We gathered to celebrate our 2022 successes and unpack the new and innovative projects in the works for 2023. Senior leadership was in attendance, and multiple departments from Healio and HSS were represented, including sales, marketing, analytics, content development, new products, and UX design. Peter Slack, President of The Wyanoke Group, began the meeting with a “look through the past”, reminding the group of the hard work and triumphs that laid the foundation for the company’s growth and impact over the years. The theme of the meeting, “Sharing Solutions”, represented our commitment to supporting each other and helping our clients.

Team Takeaways from the HSS National Sales Meeting
The Healio NSM was a fantastic opportunity for all of us to get together as a team to learn, listen, collaborate, and even have some fun in the process! We spent the day brainstorming ideas for new client offerings, fine tuning our internal processes, building on our successes, and laying the groundwork for further innovation between our various Healio teams. I’m really looking forward to rolling out these new concepts and seeing what’s next on the horizon.
The HSS National Sales Meeting was a fantastic opportunity to hear about new product offerings and discuss them with the pre-sales team. I think we also benefitted from in-depth conversations about our pre-sales process and how we can all work together to shorten the time from contract to launch. Lastly, having an in-person presentation and group discussion about our new data tools was a huge help.
The first HSS National Sales Meeting was a great success! It was a wonderful opportunity to bring all the teams together and collaborate in person. Everyone had a chance to share their experiences, successes, and challenges, and learn from each other. The exchange of ideas was invaluable and we all walked away with a better understanding of our clients’ needs. The meeting also provided a forum to discuss and strategize future plans as a team. All in all, the meeting left everyone feeling energized and ready to serve our clients and our audience in new and engaging ways
The first annual HSS National Sales Meeting was a success. During our conversations, we uncovered roadblocks, planned for the future, and celebrated accomplishments. We aligned strategies and developed ideas for enhancing our customers’ experience. Best of all, our entire team was able to be together in person. I am looking forward to connecting and sharing what is on the horizon for Healio.
As a “newbie” on the HSS marketing team, it was great to learn more about the history and future of the company. I enjoyed getting to meet everyone in person. I’m happy to be part of a group of people who enjoy what they do and care deeply about helping their clients succeed. I’m excited to see how the new projects and ideas are developed throughout the year.
