In her new role, Robey will mentor junior Client Leads, support onboarding for new team members, and spearhead the development of standard operating procedures. These expanded responsibilities reflect both her leadership capabilities and her ongoing contributions to strengthening the Deep Engagement Solutions team.

Since joining the company in 2022, Robey has earned recognition for her strong performance, adaptability, and solutions-driven mindset. She has developed a deep understanding of internal processes, demonstrated an ability to navigate complex projects efficiently, and consistently stepped up to support the full product portfolio.
