Matthew Holland serves as Chief Commercial Officer for Healio Strategic Solutions, a position he’s held since 2018. Prior to joining HSS, Matt served in executive management and leadership roles for many leading medical education and publishing companies, including: Haymarket Media, Inc, WebMD and Medscape, and UBM Life Sciences (formerly Advanstar Communications). He is a past Governing Councilor of the American Public Health Association, Public Health Education and Promotion Section, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mental Health Association in New Jersey, and was a member of the NJ Health IT Consumer Advocacy and Quality Care Subcommittee.
Matt has four children, including triplets, and had the opportunity to work on a re-election campaign for a member of the British House of Commons as well as on a number of state and federal political campaigns.

Adrienne Stevens, EdD, MBA, MEd, MA, is Vice President, Scientific Strategy at Healio Strategic Solutions. She has extensive experience working in academic medicine and clinical trials, medical communication and CME companies, and in pharma leading field medical excellence. She is passionate about promoting patient health through the development and dissemination of creative programs for healthcare professionals.

Matt Dechen is an experienced marketing communications professional with a wide variety of specialty and multi-specialty market knowledge focused on professional and allied health audiences. During his 16 years with Healio, he has interacted daily with brand and marketing decision-makers to develop marketing programs designed to drive disease and brand awareness.
When he is not working, he spends time with his wife Kim and two young boys who are very active in sports; they spend as much time as they can at the beach.
David Ruppel has been Senior Vice President, Analytics since joining Healio in September 2020. David is responsible for developing and expanding Healio’s analytic and audience insight capabilities. With a focus towards data and analysis, David’s professional experience has spanned digital media, product development, and sales, having successfully delivered solutions for numerous pharmaceutical brands in a variety of HCP verticals.
David has a variety of hobbies (golf, gaming, etc.) that, in conjunction with his professional career, would land him the title of ‘nerd’.
Christine MartynickVP, Advertising Solutions and Agency Partnerships
Christine has been with Healio Strategic Solutions for almost two decades; she has worked in many different roles during her time at Healio Strategic Solutions. Most recently, Christine oversees our Display Advertising Sales team. She loves collaborating with her clients to offer the best solutions to meet their advertising needs. She truly enjoys the people she works with.
When Christine isn’t working, she is spending time with her husband, two daughters and their Chesapeake Bay retriever. Christine loves the beach, shopping and South Jersey winery hopping.
Having spent the past 23 years at Healio Strategic Solutions, Pat spent his entire career in medical publishing and healthcare marketing. After serving as the company’s Vice President of Marketing for more than a decade, he shifted his focused for the past 13 years working directly in sales for orthopedics, dermatology, psychiatry and pediatrics. In his role, he serves as consultative partner to product managers, marketing executives and agency professionals as they seek to engage and educate healthcare professionals in the US and around the world. With vast experience working with both medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies, he brings an in-depth understanding of the specialty, long-time relationships with thought leaders, and proven success in marketing to physicians.
Outside of his career, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. Many evenings are spent coaching on the soccer pitch or the basketball court and there’s nothing he enjoys more than watching kids learn to love playing a sport. When not coaching, Pat enjoys golfing and riding his bike to raise money for charities including JDRF, the American Cancer Society and the MS Society.
Chris Rosenberg has been Vice President, Client Solutions since July 2019. Since joining the Wyanoke Group in March 1998, Chris has served as Senior Editorial Director, Director of Content Development, Director of Special Projects, Senior Project Manager and Staff Writer. With this wide range of positions in the Editorial, Custom Projects and CME departments in the company, he has a unique perspective on meeting client needs and developing original content.
Chris has been to every Major League Baseball ballpark, and is just two states shy of his travel goal of visiting all 50 states by his 50th birthday.
Rachel has spent over a decade working in digital health. In her current role at Healio Strategic Solutions, she focuses on developing products and solutions for clients and working to make sure each offer is supported and growing. Rachel focuses on maximizing outcomes for clients and on the development of innovative, deep engagement and advertising-based solutions for life sciences marketers and our agency partners. Prior to joining HSS, Rachel held positions at a number of leading healthcare advertising and media companies where she was responsible for product development, marketing, analytics and operations with proven success in driving growth and program optimization. Earlier in her career, Rachel worked on Wall Street as an analyst and trader of derivatives.
When Rachel isn’t working she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, working out and going to the beach.
Scott Wright was recently appointed Vice President, Eye Care; in this position, he oversees all commercial sales activity within the eye care portfolio including custom content solutions as well as print and digital display. Scott has served in all roles within the sales organization starting with sales support in 1995 and moving through various positions including: National Sales Manager, US Sales Director and Group Sales Director. With 25+ years of market experience, Scott offers an in-depth knowledge of display, conference and custom content strategies from both a US and a global perspective; he brings this extensive market knowledge and a consultative approach with a goal of providing solutions to meet client needs.
In high school, Scott had aspirations of becoming a military pilot before, ironically, learning that his vision would make that goal impossible. Scott began his sales career with the US Ski Team selling a benefits program to consumers and businesses around resort areas. Realizing the need to get a “real job”, he began at SLACK and never looked back.
Tom Cavallaro has been Vice President, Creative Marketing since January 2021. Since joining the Wyanoke Group in October 1998, Tom has served as the Creative Director, Art Director and Sr. Graphic Designer for Healio and SLACK Incorporated. For 23 years, he has helped employers and clients develop corporate and brand identities. Tom understands the importance of knowing the long-term vision of a company and how to reflect and strengthen that message in all communications accurately and consistently.
FUN FACT Tom has two children, Alyssa, 22 and Zachary, 21. He enjoys his Friday date nights with his wife of 25 years. Tom will never turn down an opportunity to spend time laughing with both his family and friends. When he isn’t spending time with his family, he rides his bicycle for many charities including, Type 1 Diabetes, Cancer Society, and the MS Society.
Jon joined the Healio team in 2012 as a Digital Campaign Coordinator with our Ad Operations team. Since then he has held several titles and roles within ad ops. Jon loves the ever-changing landscape of digital advertising the job of tackling new and exciting challenges each day in order to help Healio and our client partners succeed.
Jon enjoys travelling with his family, hiking, hunting and skiing. Along with his older son, he is an active member of one of the oldest Boy Scouts of America troops in the country, Troop 1 in Bridgeton, NJ.
